Its not Minaar, he was riding alpinestars when he was on the G-cross honda team.
PLus there are no world champs strips on that riders kit anywhere and Minaar has the stripes on his kit.
There were two Honda teams, The international G-cross one and another Honda team which was based in Japan and was used alot for testing the bikes and R and D so its most likely one of their riders.
